Continuous feedback from users and customers allows focused innovation and enables us to provide a high level of service in our hearing care clinics. We have established user communication procedures for all our business areas.

In 2024, Demant established new targets for advancing positive impacts on people with hearing loss: improving more than 16 million lives by 2030 and increasing awareness by performing hearing tests on more than 2 million people by 2030. The target-setting process involved internal experts and was approved by Demant’s Executive Leadership Team and endorsed by the Board of Directors. Consumers and end-users were not directly involved in the process.
