We ensure that the Group complies with relevant regulations related to specific substances and defines quality management in quality policies for the Hearing Aids and Diagnostics business areas. The policies cover activities that support product development, manufacturing, marketing and servicing. Each function within the company is accountable for the quality of their deliveries. The leadership of the quality functions are accountable for ensuring that quality and compliance are delivered by the organisation.
