Demant has a defined Data Privacy Strategy and programme to manage potentially negative impacts on the privacy of consumers and users. This includes policies and defined processes for handling personal data and engaging with affected stakeholders. The company has implemented a global Data Ethics Policy, mandatory for all employees, to comply with the Policy. The whistleblower hotline is available to all external stakeholders, including users and consumers, to raise concerns.
