This includes policies and defined processes for handling personal data as well as processes for engaging with affected stakeholders and remediating any such impacts. Data privacy is also covered by Demant’s Code of Conduct, which outlines clear expectations of employees’ conduct in this regard. Demant has implemented a global Data Ethics Policy, and it is mandatory for all employees in Demant to comply with the Policy.
