As of 31 December 2024, the Group had 22,639 employees globally. Compared to 2023, the total headcount has increased slightly by 2%. Among all employees, the gender ratio between female and male is 64/36%. This is due to the majority of our employees in hearing care clinics and production sites being female. Our headquarters in Denmark, along with our sites in Poland and the US, are the sites with the largest number of employees.
