The number of employees is determined by headcount and as the number of persons employed by the Demant Group as of 31 December 2024. The number includes the total number of employees extracted from the global HR management system plus an estimate covering the entities not using the system. For entities not using the global HR management system, the characteristics of employees are estimated based on the characteristics of employees in the region where the entity is located. Using our global HR management system, we calculate the characteristics of employees in one region based on an overview of all entities in that particular region.
