The targets align with the Paris Agreement’s goal of limiting the global temperature increase to 1.5°C by the end of the century. Demant’s Transition Plan is under constant development, and new levers will be added over time, especially with a view to reducing scope 3 GHG emissions as new information becomes available. The financial resources required for the implementation of the decarbonisation levers and their relation to the financial statements are yet to be determined, as this depends on further defining the decarbonisation levers and their mitigation actions.
