Question Id: S1-6_14
Employee data is recognized based on records from the Group's ordinary registration systems and is determined as the number of employees at the end of the reporting period. Employees who have been made redundant are recognized until the expiry of their notice period, regardless of whether they have been released from all or some of their duties during their notice period. The number of FTEs is determined as the number of employees converted to full-time equivalents. Following the implementation of the ESRS, the company is reporting the number of employees as a head count.
