They also show where to find information relating to specific disclosure requirements that lie outside of the sustainability statements and is ‘incorporated by reference’.

The Board ultimately approves the strategic direction and targets, oversees our performance on material sustainability impacts, risk, opportunities (IROs), and approves the double materiality assessment (DMA) results annually.
