- What resources has your undertaking allocated to manage its material impacts on value chain workers, and how do these allocations enable users to understand the management of these impacts?
-
Question Id: S2-4_12
GN has dedicated resources towards understanding which actions are needed and appropriate in response to material impacts on value chain workers. They track effectiveness by reviewing material findings from due diligence processes and engaging with affected stakeholders and suppliers to mitigate impacts. GN uses the FRDM platform to monitor suppliers for forced or child labor risks and the EcoVadis platform to gain insights into policy commitments. These resources enable users to understand the management of impacts by providing comprehensive assessments and documentary evidence to substantiate the absence of abuses.
