Question Id: S2-4_09
GN is pursuing material opportunities concerning value chain workers by managing IROs on working conditions and equal treatment through supplier audits and site visits. They focus on child labor and forced labor in the upstream value chain. GN uses the FRDM platform to monitor suppliers who pose a high risk of forced or child labor violations, requiring comprehensive assessments and documentary evidence. The EcoVadis supply chain data platform is used to gain insights into policy commitments and track progress. Effectiveness is assessed by reviewing material findings from due diligence processes and engaging with stakeholders and suppliers to mitigate impacts.
