Their due diligence approach seeks to ensure suppliers' processes relating to grievance are effective. GN cooperates with suppliers on human rights issues to improve their work with instituting effective remedies. The whistleblower hotline is available to all employees, external parties, and value chain workers, ensuring confidentiality and addressing concerns in a fair manner. GN is committed to dealing with any employee who takes action against retaliation when raising concerns.
