GN tracks the effectiveness of their actions by reviewing material findings from due diligence processes and engaging with affected stakeholders and suppliers to mitigate impacts. They conduct supplier audits and site visits, particularly with tier 1 and 2 suppliers, to identify any related negative impacts on value chain workers. The FRDM platform is used to monitor suppliers who pose a high risk of forced or child labor violations, requiring comprehensive assessments and documentary evidence to substantiate the absence of abuses. GN also uses the EcoVadis supply chain data platform to gain insights into policy commitments and track progress in strengthening human rights due diligence processes.
