Question Id: S1-4_19
GN has identified six negative, potential impacts related to its own workforce, which include working time, adequate wages, and health & safety. To address these impacts, GN has implemented several policies aligned with human and labor rights principles. These include:
- Employment practices outlined in the GN Ethics Guide, ensuring voluntary freedom of association and collective bargaining.
- Health and safety policies and procedures in accordance with country legislation.
- A Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion policy promoting equal treatment and opportunities.
- Anti-harassment policies to promote respectful culture.
Actions are determined based on international and local standards, internal policies, and employee engagement processes. GN ensures adequate resource allocation for addressing each material impact with clearly defined roles and responsibilities. The effectiveness of actions is evaluated through assessments and data analysis, with continuous assessments to address emerging issues. Targets are set for managing impacts, and progress is measured using baseline data and employee engagement surveys.
