GN upholds human rights principles through the implementation of policies and procedures which prevent discrimination, harassment, advances diversity, and ensure fair and equal treatment of its workforce. Execution of actions is anchored in GN’s existing governance structures, which defines roles and responsibilities, and ensures sufficient resource allocation. The results are reviewed by senior management to identify areas that require attention, allowing for necessary amendments to be made where needed. In 2024, a total of 40 cases were reported through the GN Alertline. Out of the 40 cases reported, 26 cases were related to incidents of discrimination, including harassment. There have been no fines, penalties and compensation for damages as a result of the incidents and complaints reported. GN has not identified any cases of severe human rights incidents connected to GN’s workforce.
