In 2024, a total of 40 cases were reported through the GN Alertline. Out of the 40 cases reported, 26 cases were related to incidents of discrimination, including harassment. All the cases reported will be properly investigated, and appropriate actions, including disciplinary actions will be taken. For more information on the GN Alertline, see chapter G1 Business Conduct. There have been no fines, penalties and compensation for damages as a result of the incidents and complaints reported. GN has not identified any cases of severe human rights incidents connected to GN’s workforce.
