Our global DEI policy outlines our beliefs, aspirations, and targets, ensuring accountability at the highest levels, including our Executive Leadership Team (ELT). This policy is aimed at addressing the identified material potential negative impact related to the negative impact on the well-being of employees as a consequence of lack of diversity and applies across all Group companies and is accessible to all employees. GN is dedicated to regularly reviewing and updating our DEI policies to reflect evolving best practices. We will measure our progress against established targets and ensure accountability at all levels of the organization.
