This survey helps to evaluate client awareness of the available communication channels and to verify the accuracy of the service provided. The workflow adheres to internal formalized procedure designed to manage customer processes and communications effectively. Currently, no specific policies are in place to protect individuals from retaliation when utilizing these structures or processes, nevertheless, the Whistleblowing procedure protects the whistleblower against retaliation.
