Community engagement takes place through technical committees composed of representatives of technical institutes or universities, among which school directors and teachers in charge of such courses. The topics included in the different course curricula are discussed with Ferrari representatives, with the purpose of providing students with the skills needed for their future careers. These engagement activities can be considered effective given that this cooperation has been ongoing for many years.
