The company conducts periodic reviews and generates reports on the concerns raised through the Whistleblowing Channel, using these insights to refine communication and training programmes. Training on the use of the Whistleblowing Channel and the Code of Ethics is mandatory for all employees, and it is integrated into the onboarding process to ensure that all staff are fully aware of the available reporting mechanisms and how to use them properly.
