This role oversees the annual PULSE staff survey, which is managed by Group Engagement Area and distributed to all Group employees. The People Global Director coordinates the survey process and works with management to analyse the survey results. Based on these insights, the company develops and implements targeted action plans aimed at improving the working environment across the organisation. This ensures that employee feedback directly influences decision-making and strategic planning within the company.
