In March, the company hosted a gender-focused roundtable for International Women’s Day, featuring representatives from all countries, including Senior Management. The objectives of the roundtable were to highlight the contributions of women in various fields, raise awareness about the challenges faced by women in the telecom industry, and demonstrate Senior Management’s commitment to gender equity. Later, in November, Cellnex organised a cross-generational roundtable, following a similar format, to emphasise the value of generational diversity within the organisation and to foster greater understanding and collaboration across generations. In December 2024, Cellnex hosted a webinar to mark the International Day of Disability. This event offered participants an opportunity to deepen their understanding of disability inclusion and its critical importance in the workplace.
